Refund Policy
1. GENERAL REFUND TERMS
At QuantumAxisLab, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions. Refund requests are evaluated based on the project phase, deliverables completed, and the terms specified in the individual service agreement.
2. PROJECT PHASE-BASED REFUNDS
Refunds are calculated based on the current project phase:
- Discovery & Planning Phase: Full refund minus any third-party costs incurred (e.g., data acquisition, API credits)
- Development Phase: Refund of the remaining uncommitted budget. Work completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
- Deployment Phase: No refund available once the system has been deployed to production. Post-deployment support is included as per the service agreement
3. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
For recurring subscription services (e.g., MLOps monitoring, model retraining pipelines):
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refund for the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months minus a 15% administrative fee
- Services already rendered (model retraining, data processing) are non-refundable
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Third-party costs (cloud infrastructure, API usage, data licensing)
- Custom model architectures delivered and approved by the client
- Consulting hours that have been delivered and documented
- Services suspended due to client breach of the service agreement
5. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, contact QuantumAxisLab at [email protected] with your project identifier and reason for the refund request. Refund requests are processed within fifteen (15) business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution mechanisms.
Terms of Service
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services provided by QuantumAxisLab, located at C. Príncipe de España 1, Alcúdia, Illes Balears, España, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
QuantumAxisLab provides artificial intelligence and machine learning consulting, development, and deployment services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Respond to project-related inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of AI/ML systems
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided
- Use delivered systems in accordance with ethical AI guidelines and applicable regulations
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom-developed models, code, and documentation specific to their project. QuantumAxisLab retains ownership of general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools used in service delivery. Training data and dataset curation methods remain the property of QuantumAxisLab unless otherwise specified.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, dataset compositions, model architectures, and performance metrics. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service agreement for a period of three (3) years.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
QuantumAxisLab's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. QuantumAxisLab shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
7. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
QuantumAxisLab warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. No warranty is provided for specific outcomes, accuracy rates, or business results derived from deployed AI/ML systems. Model performance is subject to data quality, environmental factors, and usage patterns beyond our control.
8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate a service agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. QuantumAxisLab may terminate immediately in case of material breach, non-payment, or misuse of delivered systems. Upon termination, all completed deliverables and associated documentation are transferred to the client.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Illes Balears, España.
10. MODIFICATIONS
QuantumAxisLab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients via email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
